Laundromat
What are your hours?
We are open from 7:00 a.m. to 9:30 p.m. Monday through Friday. On Saturday and Sunday, we are open from 6:00 a.m. to 9:30 p.m. Last wash is at 8:30 p.m.
Do you have large machines?
Yes we do. We have machines large enough to wash a comforter or other bulky item.
Are you attended?
Yes, we are. There is always someone on hand if you have any questions or need any assistance.
Wash & Fold
What are your wash and fold hours?
You can drop off and pick up your laundry any time during operating hours.
What products do you use when you wash my clothes?
How much does wash and fold cost?
It is $1.40/lb. for regular service and it is $1.75/lb. if you need your laundry back the same day.
Is there a minimum order?
Yes, there is a 10 pound minimum order.
Do you wash my clothes with other clothes?
Absolutely not. We always keep your clothes separate from other orders.
Pickup & Delivery
When do you offer pickup and delivery?
We offer our services Monday through Sunday between 8:00 am and 6:00 pm. Days may vary depending on what area you are in.
What is the turnaround time for pickup and delivery?
We will return your clothes in 24 -48 hours.
Is there a minimum order?
There is a $48 minimum order. *

How much does pickup and delivery cost?
If you sign up for recurring service (weekly/bi-weekly) the cost is $1.95/lb. If you only use our service from time to time it is $2.20/lb.
What other areas are you serving?
If you click on service areas, you will see additional areas we are servicing. As of now we service areas in Morris County (Morristown, Madison, Chatham, Florham Park, Parsippany, Denville, Randolph, Dover, Rockaway, Mountain Lakes, East Hanover, Cedar Knolls, Whippany, Morris Plains, Mt. Tabor, Wharton) and some areas in Essex County (Caldwell, Livingston, Fairfield). Check your zip code and see if we service your area. You can always give us a call if you live outside of our service areas.
Will my clothes be washed with other people's clothes?
No Way! Our attendants are trained to separate every order so that your items are washed and dried separately from others.
Do I need to be home when the driver picks up or delivers my clothes?
No, you can leave your laundry in a secure location (front porch, back porch, behind a fence, in an unlocked garage) just make sure to note it when you place your order so our driver knows where to find it.
How do I schedule an order online?
It is simple. Just click on the "Schedule a Pickup" Button in the upper right hand corner and create an account. It only takes a few minutes to input your information and you can place an order for weekly, bi-weekly or one-off services.
Can I make a special request on how I want my laundry done?
Absolutely. When you place your order online there is a section called Preferences where you can specify things you want done every time that we do your laundry. There is also a section called Special Laundry Instructions where you can ask for something for this particular order. For instance if you want us to spot treat a stain on one of your items.
Is there a contract or long term commitment?
No. You never have to sign a contract and you can stop service at any time. We know that you will stick with us based on our excellent service.
When I schedule an order, how will I be billed?
Like other online services, we ask for your credit or debit card when you place your order. Your card will not be billed until your laundry is completed and weighed.
What do I put my laundry in?
Please put your laundry in a laundry bag or in a trash bag and make sure it is closed properly so nothing falls out. We sell laundry bags if you are interested. Just include it in your request and it will be added to your order. The laundry bag will be packaged together with your clean items.
Can I put my pickups on hold while I'm on vacation?
Yes. You can suspend your pickup until you return from your vacation.
Do you check pockets?
Because of the heavy volume that we process, our launderers are unable to check every pocket. Clean Way Laundry is not responsible for items that are lost in the wash or damaged due to items left in the pocket. (pens, markers, crayons, lipstick, etc.)
Can you remove stains from clothing?
We try our best to remove stains from clothing, however we cannot guarantee that stains will totally disappear. Place stained items in a separate bag and make a note or comment on your order about the item. An additional fee applies for stain removal per item.
How are whites washed?
Oxi Clean is used on all whites unless you prefer not to use it. An additional fee applies.
What happens if my credit card is expired or declined?
Your credit card is charged once your order is complete and ready to be delivered. If the credit card is declined, your order does not get moved to the delivery phase. You will get a notification from us to update your payment information. You can access your account online or call us to update your payment information. Once your payment has been received, your order will be delivered.
What detergents do you use?
Depending on your preferences, we use Kirkland Ultra Clean, Fresh Scent Gain, and Unscented Free & Clear detergents. You can upgrade to Tide Ultra for an extra fee. Downy Softener is used on all laundry unless you prefer not to use a softener.
How do you charge for large items?
We charge large items on a per item basis. Check the pricing menu to see individual item prices.
